All Church Outreach
Led by Kingsway Leadership School Students
March 14, 2026
Our leadership school students are learning to lead by organizing "Mission 25:40" - an opportunity for us to serve the homeless community of Camden AND first responders. All volunteers are asked to complete the sign-up form below.
Here's how you can participate:
- Pack & Prep - meet at our Cherry Hill campus at 8:45am to make sandwiches for food bags, pack the food bags and hygiene kits, and put together the "Thank You" gifts for the first responders.
- Distribute & Clean Up - meet at our Cherry Hill campus at 10:15am to ride together to the distribution point in Camden. Volunteers will give out the food bags & hygiene kits, along with picking up trash in the area.
Outreach Information:
- The Pack & Prep portion is family friendly - kids can participate as long as their parents are with them.
- The Distribute & Clean Up is for adults (18 & up) only.
- We will pack and prep, rain or shine. Distribution may be affected by weather.
- Dress appropriately for the weather (cold, hot or somewhere in between - its New Jersey, could be anything in March!) Specifically, you'll want close-toed shoes and jeans; a t-shirt will be provided (so be prepared to change into that).
- The plan is to ride together / carpool to the distribution site. Parking is limited.
Can't participate on March 14 or want to do more? Here's how you can help:
- Donate bread, peanut butter, or jelly. Winter hats & gloves are welcome too! Donation boxes will be in the atrium on Sundays through March 1st.
- Make a card for a first responder. You can get creative with this but we just want to say thank you to those who who work so hard to serve their community. Cards can be brought on the outreach day or left in the donation box (just mark it clearly - "For First Responder").
We hope to see you there!
